It was clean and nice but smaller and with less amenities than we booked. Issues there were small (key code didn’t work so he eventually had to use the lockbox key, no dish soap or sponge/cloth to clean dishes) and generally resolved. We worked to address the issues in price between the locations and, while Joseph was always courteous and communicative, the offers were so small they were unreasonable. We involved Airbnb and he was unresponsive. Once Airbnb escalated, he was able to contribute more to resolution and Airbnb also assisted." (6/5)
