Perfect
Positive: The apartment was very nicely laid out and well equipped. Updated and modern furniture. The neighborhood was clean and close to fast food restaurants and convenience stores. Negative: The Apartment is in the basement, down a very steep set of stairs. The parking was a bit tight as the neighbor (who shares the driveway) has two broken cars right next to the door. The pillows were very hard and had several stains on them. The apartment is directly below the owners, and you can hear everything... including the owners peeing in the bathroom directly above the bedroom. The apartment and owners above must share the water heater as there was no hot water after they showered... Yes, I could hear them. The owners above stayed up late (12 am-ish), and you could hear them walking around the house above all night.
