Warm and comfortable Positive: Very comfortable and cozy house Negative: 2 twos one in the living room and main room

The house wasn’t bad but the electrical door lock was broken upon arrival and the host never answer so I had to contact the company he worked through to get a physical key to use my whole stay. We also found dog poop next to the washer machine and dryer in the basement that had to have been there for months as it had turned white. I personally didn’t feel safe as one of the main locks didn’t work but thankfully the deadbolt did. We also had found trash in the kitchen from what seemed like it was from previous tenants. I just wish the host had connected or talked to help with the issues instead of having to go over his head and call.

Unable to get in to unit arrival so I had to contact manager. After entering unit it was not as described online. Was moved to another unit that was absolutely filthy and hadn’t been cleaned. How it was even legal to rent it out and charge people to stay there is beyond me. Everything I had in the house smells of wet dog and I threw some items out after checking out. They sent someone out to “clean” a second time. Which consisted of partially vacuuming one room. I’ve never stayed anywhere where I’ve had to clean upon arrival and wash everything and throw items out that had been in the unit. Absolutely filthy.
